The Process

• Onboarding as part of the MVA Artist Development Program
• Meet with the Project Manager and the MVA team, music production team and / or Branding Consultant to discuss goals for artist project
• The Project Manager and the MVA team will present a checklist and tentative timeline for project
• Work with Branding Consultant to creatively contribute ideas for website and logo
• Work with Branding Consultant and photographer and videographer to develop and shoot content for website and social media
• Start songwriting and recording process with music production team
• Meet with songwriting team to go over any notes and finalize songs for delivery
• Once final songs are delivered, work with marketing and promotions consultant to create teasers around finished music and start building out social media presence and pitch to playlisters leading up to release
• Meet with the Project Manager and the MVA team to go over the release plan
• Go over the plan to register your songs for distribution
• Meet with Publicist to discuss goals for press and engage in a three month contract to promote artist and releases
• Project Manager and the MVA team to pitch songs to sync partner for possible release
• Optional add on: Meet with videographer to discuss creating a music video to at least one of the singles created during the program. If interest in moving forward, shoot music video
